We understand you want to know how much cash back you earned right away, so we work hard to have transactions show up as soon as possible! Earnings may take anywhere from a few minutes to 7 days to show up, depending on the type of card used and merchant visited. Most Visa transactions come through within 10 minutes after purchase is made. Amex and MasterCard transactions typically take from 2-7 days to show up.
Be sure to enable push notifications from the LuckyDiem app to get a real time notification of your purchases. You can do this by visiting the “Settings” area on your iPhone and selecting the LuckyDiem app and then enabling push notifications.
On a rare occasion, earnings may not show up in your LuckyDiem account. First, check out the payment methods on the restaurant profile page to make sure the type of credit/debit card you used is supported by LuckyDiem. If it is accepted and it's been longer than 7 days, please email our support@LuckyDiem.com so we can get you the cash back you earned and deserve! Please include your LuckyDiem username and the receipt or processing information from the merchant.
