Oh no! We understand how frustrating this can be, so please understand that we will work with you to make sure that we're doing whatever it takes to get to the bottom of the issue. 


First, be sure to check out the payment methods on the merchant's profile page to make sure that the card you used is accepted there.  If it is not, the transaction cannot be recorded and you will not receive cash back. Please make sure to always check the profile page before dining or shopping to prevent this from happening! 


In the event that your card is listed at the bottom of the merchant's page, earnings can take 2-7 days from the date of purchase to show up on the site. This time delay is due to merchants running their credit card reports at different points during the week.


If you do not see your purchase within 7 days of the transaction, please email us. It's important to include your LuckyDiem username and a receipt or processing information from the merchant to ensure a registered card was used!
